You know the boars can hear you right? They have feelings you know. Something synthetics will never have.  Tongue

Exactly. That’s why they have no feelings. They’re also deaf so you can slag them all you want and they just don’t care.

For most of the week, I have used the Feather SS for the WTG pass. One day I used a Kai Captain Titan Mild and gave myself a nice cut under my chin, so back to the Protouch MG guarded blade I went! Thankfully just a flesh wound shallow cut, and didn't bleed much. More of a problem on subsequent days, with the skin along the edge getting caught on occasion. By mid-week, I decided to stop the boar (nothing against it, just wanting to use some different) and now am using a different brush every day.

An observation with this Type E marked Made in Canada: it shaves close with almost zero irritation! When I do note irritation, it is after too many swipes at one area. I think the razor is very audible and that leads me to over shave areas. However, when I stop (remembering irritation from the other day), I seem to be as closely shaved as if I kept at it trying to get a "silent" pass! A friend on another forum calls the Type G God's gift to shavers, and I find many of the injectors to be just that; so easy it feels like cheating!

Eric, I watched the trailer for Three Pines on Prime. I don’t think I’ll watch it. Gamache is wrong. The duck is way too big. It all looks wrong to me. I’m going to stick with my version.

Great shave before work today!

My Dad got admitted this morning to the hospital, more TIAs and influenza. Doing better this afternoon, but yesterday, when in the ER, he was not in his right mind. Thoughts and prayers are appreciated, as I am a thousand miles away.
