I am quite a fan of the fine fragrance.

Nice alliterations! If I was more witty, I'd try replying in kind, but instead bow to your mastery!! Happy

Would that be "happy wife, happy life?" or something about avoiding storm and strife with your lovely wife?!

While not causing an issue at the moment, she was not a fan of the fragrance MWF has. Ah well, I needed to cull some soaps anyway!

This was intended to be my setup for the week, alternating brushes and alternating MWF with the Black Tie #13, which is the current participant in the 1508.5 project. Have to decide now which soap is next. I think it is PAA Scentsless. If anyone is interested some lightly used MWF, I'll scoop of the top layer and send it your way!

Let's stay well, be kind, and bring a smile to someone daily this week!
Excellent advice!  I will do my best to follow it.

That bites Eric. You could always save it for the days the wife isnt about? I'm personally shocked she can smell it. I was barely able to smell it when I had the stuff. Add in the difficulty lathering and it's not worth it IMO.

Thanks Paul mrdoug. I was getting used to it and starting to use it more. It does have an odor, though, and given how bad I screwed up in that department in 2016, I am taking no chances nor willing to argue with her. If I can smell it, I know darn well she can smell it much stronger! She likes to say she is blessed and cursed with a great sense of smell. Dining can be a delight for her I don't experience, but also it makes some things unbearable that I can readily eat or ignore!

You could build a separate shaving room/structure. Out in the backyard next to the outhouse  Big Grin

I saw this recently

Apparently “happy spouse, happy house” is more inclusive.

Good news! The Fat is traveling to a new den where its wonderfulness is truly appreciated!

And it only makes sense to me to call on Stirling Sheep to be the soap this week.

You could try Penhaligon's Bayolea shaving soap - I used that one a few days ago and its super lightly scented.  I asked my wife if she could detect any scent at all because I don't and she said a very mild scent.  Its discontinued but I'm sure you could still find it.

Good thing your wife does not work with me Eric. Some of the guys emit odors that will curl your nose hair and curb your appetite.
