Glad it was a great shave. Certainly a beautiful brush (kudos Paul on the nice handle!). It's my understanding that the brush (knot) will eventually stop eating lather.

The tall and short of Decemboar. Here are the Fluffy Industries Copper brush and the Semogue 830 brush, side by each, as a real Yooper would say.

The Copper lathered well today in the workshop. In 8 hours it will get to have a second debut, but with a boar knot from Turn N Shave that I have high hopes for.

Say Goodnight, Gracie!

Semogue has a venerable history, but it looks like they brought a knife to a gunfight this time.

The typical deep woods Yooper orders breakfast as "2 eggs side by each and a couple of pair of toast"!

The veracity of this statement has neither been proven nor disproven.

I had to pull out the abacus to do the math...does a "couple pair of toast" equal four or more pieces?  Confused2 If so, that's a carb heavy diet!  Tongue

"Side by each" is not just for Mainers (≈ 0:47 - 0:58).
