My First Williams Wednesday, compliments of Dave!

I found a mug, and it is a fave from when I taught. But I see (or rather hear!) that I have to learn to swirl less vigorously while I load the brush, or at least control my swirls! I can be a one-man band if I try hard enough!

A nice lather and a nice shave! Today is my Monday, and off to work I go, clean and refreshed.

(Preview of coming attractions: we adopted two shelter kitties, both males, a 6 y/o "surrendered" and a 10-month old stray. They are adapting as are we. So far no casualties to furniture, but we are less than 24 hours since adoption. I see me wife's spirits lifting already, which is good. She has always had a male cat or two in her life, and it was time. Our last boy died in October and we decided the time was right. Photos to follow once they get more acclimated to us! The older guy is "hiding" in a big box that is lined with faux fur. His "brother" is right now mewwing at the opening, trying to coax him out?  Anyway, more fun than many tv shows!

Congrats on the cats. I hope (and expect) everything will work out, and they will be powerful good, if mischievous, medicine for both of you.

Not saying you guys will “need” advice or tips.
But my wife is a vet tech (30+years). And has mucho grande knowledge on critters. Currently works at a cat only practice.  Just putting that out there Eric.

That is helpful, thanks for letting me know. I think you mentioned it back when I lost Carson, but I appreciate the reminder! I'll definitely let you know my questions.

Quite the mail haul today. I will start with the most important. The independent review of the insurance company denial of coverage was overturned, ruling in favor of my wife needing the IV medication! We were so overcome that I was laughing and crying at the same time! We did not open the letter until late, as it came in a FedEx envelope addressed to me. The missus put it in my pile of goodies that came, and I did not open it immediately, figuring it was work related. Thank you all for your support and empathy whenever I mentioned it in the Journal.

Shaving related, 2 knots came in, a SynBad bulb and the new G5A synthetic bulb knot, both in 26mm. And a handle came in.

Yup, the second from the left is another Knothead handle that I put in a wish list. Then a coupon code came, and I decided to get it. The new knots are in the top row, second from the left side is the SynBad, and the rightmost is the G5A. Playing around to see what works best with each hanle

Lastly, a package that didn't take the slow boat.

I will send messages soon!

Hot Damn!  Score one for the little guy.
Getting more and more rare to hear good news about David’s beating Goliaths.
Good show mate.
