Looks sharp with the Timberwolf Eric! I was hoping you’d go with that or the Silksmoke. Honestly, I like the feel of the Timberwolf much more… the Silksmoke is a bit springy!

So, I am putting a couple of Trotter Handcrafts handles up on the BST in a couple of days. I will include the knots, although I took them out of the handles.  Before I post on the BST, I thought I'd left the faithful reader know (it's okay, no one will laugh, if you admit this!) first before I officially post them.

These are in the BST now. Posted on another locale that rhymes, sort of, with dodger and wade. Forgot to put my user name and date in the photos, so no BST for me for 15 days!

I love the way this Timberwolf worked for me. Thanks, Dave and Paul, for mentioning it to me, I doubt I would have tried one! Result was a great shave all around.

Same thing happened to me today. Posted a BST ad on B&B and it was instantly deleted and no posting rights for 13 days.

I could have fixed it in like 2 mins, but I’m pretty sure the mods enjoy the discipling members more.

Ain't that the truth! I have a couple of guys I enjoy corresponding with, but it seems like when you least expect it, WHAM! I sent the mod involved an Oops, sorry, let me fix that email (I have bought some razors from him several years ago), and his response was "No worries. We have to be consistent with the rules and with everyone. You’ll be able to post again when the waiting period is up - 15 days."

Ah well.

Oh boy, I'm hangin' with a tough crowd, you and Dave!
I sorta voluntarily "banned" myself from the Cadre, due to Stuff. But I can check in now and again. I just don't like it when there is a pile on. Things get nasty quick, things get said that probably wouldn't face to face, just between 2 people. It's why my FB page is mostly science, cats, and sci-fi!

If I still have the stuff I'd like to sell, I'll have to make sure to use Trotter Handcrafts!

BTW, where is the refinery? I am ignorant, but I assume refineries are onshore. Saw a bunch years ago when we visited New Orleans, post Katrina, when things were coming back and we wanted to see some family (wife's side) history spots.

Kinda sounds like we all left the Cadre.
