Go for it, lol.

As Scrooge says after his night of visitations, I feel as giddy as a school boy. I think I am going to shave with the A plate and compare it to the Parker injector.
Compared to shaving in the past, it feels great to have some good tools to make shaving something that can be anticipated instead of a chore that has to be endured.

Glad you’re having a good experience with the Parker! Dave’s report had me a bit worried.
I wonder how it stacks up to the M adjustable...it would be great to have a “replacement” for my fav injector and not have to worry over hunting down a good vintage specimen.

Today's shave is for Science!!
I used the A plate on the Karve with a Wizamet on shave 5, same soap and brush. Shave seemed comparable to the Parker in that there was no irritation noted. However, it doesn't seem as close. I will be discretely monitoring my facial surfaces throughout the day for longevity of this shave, but I believe it is not as long lasting as B plate.
I had to wear a mask for a long period yesterday (different for a day off) and noted that there was no catching of the cloth on whiskers, but instead that comfy blanket feel. That was after the Parker shave. That is a good goal for work days, when the mask is on for 11 hours, barring breaks and eating/drinking!
My Science Experiment week continues. The procedure calls for Injector tomorrow, B plate Saturday, and Injector Sunday. Brush and soap held constant. Injector staying on a setting just above 3 but below 3.5. Results to follow next week!
Hope you all have a good Thursday and, as always, thanks for reading my crazy thoughts!
