I often think of how fun a meet-up would be with all the DFS folks.

About 5 or 6 years ago (when the world was different), I attended a big meet-up in Seattle.

Lots of people showed up (at least 30?) and it was at an Irish Pub. I’m embarrassed to admit, but I can’t remember which shave forum / member who organized it. I want to say it was the Shave Nook…

Anyways, it was a lot of fun. Great prizes too! Hope we get there again someday. Nothing would make me happier than to geek out discussing brushes, soaps and razors over a pint of beer with all of you Smile

I am well, my wife is doing so much better mentally, knowing that she will be treated with the med that was helping her so much, and the new furry kids are doing great! As Tim says, Life is good!

This week’s shaves have been with the Yates razor, an Israeli Red heading to pass 10 uses, and three different brushes.

I should be trying to get some sleep, but I just watched Dave's video and saw the unveiling. Very nice! Dave, you can do a Fluffy shave, wear your Fluffy Industries safety shirt, and have everything used be something you received from Ken! What a great guy. I think, if it were possible, that going to some Mom and Pop tavern with you all would just be 2-3 hours of laughter, stories, shared experiences, and a wonderful time.

Before I get too sentimental, or before I doze off and sleep-type something incomprehensible, I should just say, "Good night, Gracie!"

Glad things are getting better and was just teasing you about the shave posts. We all at times may go dark to take care of priorities and resurface when we can. Hope you're sleeping now !

I am really enjoying the 2BED knot, and it is all the more enjoyable to have it set up right in the handsome handle I found online  Cool

The Yates once again delivered a superb shave with no drama. I have had my quota for drama now, and any more is just a bonus, not!

And I will soon need to order some more coffee from Stirling, and when I do, I will add a tub of Sheep (the soap, for shaving, not for human consumption).

Have a great day, folks!

Nice shave, do you buy beans from Stirling or already ground?
