The Deets-
So … it’s Thursday but not my Friday. I have really enjoyed using the Bay Rum this week. Not sure if I will hit it again tomorrow or go a different direction. I may hit another sample that I picked up from Matt. Today I tried a two pass shave (WTG and ATG) and that usually doesn’t work for me, I typically need that third pass. But on my WTG pass I went with the “Gillette Slide” and that did the trick. Two smooth passes and I am BBS for the win! Chased that with the matching aftershave and everything was right as rain! Good stuff. Life is good!

The Deets-
Well this past week has been a hot mess. The shaves were with Stirling One (unobtainium) and my Graydog boar brush. The shaves were great and I really dig that scent. I guess I picked up a sinus infection early in the week. It hit me hard and I am still trying to shake it. I didn’t eat for two days and at one point, I slept a solid 24 hours. I went with Ethos Succes today and that was another great shave. Life is good!

My mom’s condition has worsened. She has stopped eating and drinking. Hospice thinks her passing will be in a matter of days. Thank you all for the public and private well wishes.
