So mrdoug and his subtle enabling had me using another sample from Sir Henry’s that I had. His soaps work well for me, so it’s just a matter of scents. I smeared a bit in the copper bowl and got to it. Had a nice, smooth shave and three passes left me BBS for the win! Had the missus give me a sniff before I splashed on the aftershave. Dang it Paul, she really likes this one too. You’re killing me man, I’m trying to downsize. Anyway, a great shave and scent. Life is good!

Happy
So I've had this experience, too! And also with Sir Henry's/Black Tie!

I say we buy him one of every soap we can find, lol

The beauty as you guys know, is that they're not hard to find at all. Maybe too easy.  Big Grin

TGITHMF! So … wrapping up the work week and used the same soap/AS. Got some new samples in, so I may try one of them tomorrow. Have had very good shaves with this setup and my standard three passes. I have been rocking the BBS all week, for the win! Life is good!

Home Front-
Had the new pupper give us a scare. Her stomach has been torn up for the last three days. The missus had slipped the dogs some leftover meat and we initially thought that was the prob. Day three we thought it was Parvo and she was headed to the vet. Parvo test was negative, she got two shots and two pill scripts. Doc said that should fix her up and bring her back next week for a Parvo shot. That’s all the excitement I have for you today.

It is great to have that long weekend. I work a 9/80 schedule, which is 9 days for 80 hours with every other Friday off.
