We had rain earlier, now overcast and cool. Good day to check the septic filter without being hot and smelly!

Umm, I believe you are mistaken sir... no day is a 'good day' to play with a septic tank. Lol.

Well, maybe feesel day. But I think I have a dentist appointment then. (Anyone... Cosby show?)

I am living next to the airport, as that went right over my head! I do remember the Cosby show, though...

Haha. It's one of the many episodes I remember ... The dentist is trying to nail down a day for Heathcliff to come in. After talking the kids into going, it comes to light that he too hates the dentist. Come in Tuesday? What about Wednesday? Ok, how about Feesel Day (a made up word / day).

I remember the oddest things. Lol. I had to look it up, it's season 2 episode 16 fwiw.

Shave Count (DE: 475 SE: 9 SR: 684)

Pre Shave-
Strop: Tony Miller Plain Vanilla
Scuttle: none
Splash and go

Shave-
Razor: Reynolds SR
Blade: none
Brush: Zenith Boar
Soap: WSP Gaelic Tweed

Post Shave-
Post shave lather
AS: WSP Gaelic Tweed

The Deets-
So ... I just realized that I didn’t post my shave yesterday. I used the same kit both days, so we’ll knock this out with one post. The Zenith was added back into the rotation for these shaves. It has been resting in the “got to go” box because this is another love/hate brush. This one has thin soft bristles, but it feels thin. And this thing splays like nobody’s business. I like the aluminum handle, so I may reknot it with a TGN knot. I have a WhippedDog and Shave Forge, so I could round it out with a TGN.

Great shaves the last couple of days. This JNat edge is just rocking along and I may use it all week. Well ... I think that’s it for now. Life is good!

The Deets-
Back to the Gaelic Tweed today, trying to finish this one off. The darkness of the tin is starting to show in the center, so the doughnut should be coming in the next few days. I didn’t grab the Zenith today, I am just not digging the knot. But I’m not sure if I will re-knot or just get another brush. Guess we’ll have to wait and see where we land. A good shave to start the day. I did miss a bit of cleanup, so we will call it DFS for the win! Life is good!
