Gentleman a short update.

Ethos post shave serum has become my absolute go to for post shave but also post shower moisturizer.

I also am able to replace Tibu with any Ethos F base soap made over the last 1.5 years.

Razors have become a little less important.  Blades remain important to be sharp.

Got here from a cross link in this thread: https://damnfineshave.com/thread-techniq...#pid552556. I am only responding because although I never really had much problems with my face (except slightly as a teenager) I did have issues with eczema on the back of my arms and some other skin issues. Turns out that I had/have Hasimoto's thyroiditis and supplementing with synthetic thyroid hormone fixed that symptom and a bunch other related problems. Skin eczema, rosacea, psoriasis, even dandruff are usually an indicator of a systemic illness that needs treatment. It could be as simple as a food allergy that hyper stimulates the auto-immune system, hypothyroidism, or as serious as kidney or liver disease. Most of these things can be verified by simple blood tests but most doctors won't do them unless you specifically ask for them. Using cremes, peals, etc. can relieve the symptoms but do nothing to fix the root cause. Good luck on your journey.
