Hi,
I am Phil from NH. I am pleased to be here and it was via most conviluted route.

First I was made aware that Freddy was no longer a moderator on the only shave form I post to.

I just returned from Andrew's neck of the woods. I visited a famous cheese steak joint in the area. I wanted to tell Andrew via a PM on the other forum. I was shocked to see he was banned.!! The site admin???!!!.

Lastly, arriving home there was a letter from the aforementioned Freddy.  He casually mentioned
This new forum and I came to see.

ith such a fine lineage as Freddy and Andrew I decided to join.

I'm glad you found us, Phil. I think you'll enjoy this forum a bit.

How was your trip back into the area? A lot has changed, huh? Where did you get a steak from?

Andrew,
We stayed at the Red Roof Inn  on the industrial highway. But got steaks and hoagies from Leo's on Friday and then pizza, cheesesteaks and pizza from Coco's on Sunday. Both on Chester Pike.
Celebrated my mom's 80th birthday with a party at Erin Pub. Best prime rib around.

It was great to see entire family. All my siblings, spouses, grandkids and great grands. We spent the weekend eating drinking and laughing.

Red Roof Inn is located in the town I grew up in..it's in the Essington part of Tinicum Township. I grew up in Lester.

I thought you would say Leo's. I ate there twice and while you get a lot for what you pay, I wasn't overly impressed with their steaks. I have family coming up from Texas next week and we'll likely take them to Phillips in Philly for a good cheesesteak.

I worked at Erin's Pub briefly about 10 years ago. Their chicken parmesan is fantastic!!!

Are you guys able to get Swiss Farms products in Maine? I love their teas!

Andrew,
I knew your background from PMs on the other forum. You currently live on the street ML's sister resided on for 30 some years.

I have never seen Swiss Farms outside of Delco. I love the drive through concept.
We drank 2 gallons of Tea Cooler while there. It was frigging hot and humid. We came home with Tea Cooler, boxes of Tastykakes, soft pretzels and 4 pounds of Scrapple. Yum.
