P-30s do fit a Vector Ti but the slots on the blade are little tighter than other AC blades I use and one needs to be attentive while removing the blade.

I thought some Prolines fit a Vector and some don't, was just what I've heard.

That was my experience. I was using a dispenser given to me and those blades fit like any other AC blade. And they felt great on my face. So I ordered a bunch more, and passed that particular dispenser on to a buyer of a different AC-style razor. Then I found out that my new blades were very, very snug, or wouldn't even go on without lots of exertion. I could work up a sweat trying to get them on or off, worrying about slicing my fingers off! I took a blade out of each of the 4 dispensers I'd purchased, and all were like that. It really bummed me out. I had some Feather Pros that I had received from another purchase, and hesitantly used one, as Feather DE blades and I don't get along. I was very happy when the Pros worked well for me, and now I use them or the ProGuards, depending on my mood. And I believe Shane had stated that the Vector was designed with Pros as the standard blade recommendation.

If you have not tried Kai Original, I would recommend you to use them once. May be buy a sample blade.

I had only used Kai Titan pink milds before and they were ok but originals are much better. I got 14 shaves on my first blade I used.

They are mid way between P-30s and Feather pro Super in my experience.

The Captain and Mild names seem all over these packs, lots of duplication in the names, for me.

You got that right, lots of duplication. And I believe you have the order right, as well. And here is something to make things more confusing, at least for me. There are rumors that both Feather and Kai are related in a business sense, where one owns the other or both owned by the same parent company. I read one guy's opinion that they are even the same blades. But I don't buy that, as the Kai Protouch guards are further apart than the Feather ProGuard spacing. Shane at Blackland Razors, somewhere on his site, explains how you can use these different blade thicknesses and depths (front to back for me is depth) to change the character of the shave in any given AC-style razor! Here is a chart from Feather, and I wish I could find one from Kai, but haven't had any luck.

The width of 50mm stays the same, I believe. But everything else, including the cutouts, can change. It is believed that the new Schick Prolines' cutouts changed, given that many of us found that new packs of Prolines don't fit the posts on the Vector any longer.

I've seen those feather charts before and enjoy looking at them every time because I forget exactly the specs but do remember the basic .
Hopefully Shane Blackland Razors  will let us put up his blade chart here, or put it on here himself.
The pack of Schick Prolines I have seem to fit my Vector perfect, wish I remembered where they came from.
I'll probably run through the Kai blades first and then switch over to the other ones and work through them.

Feel free to share it!

Here's the information from Blackland Razors website about different AC blades.

Blade Notes

Feather Professional The standard Artist Club blade. If you are unsure of where to start, start here. Middle-of-the-road aggressiveness.

Feather ProGuard This is the Feather Pro blade with an added guard, reducing aggressiveness. Milder than the Pro for those with sensitive skin and/or light beards.

Feather Pro Super The most aggressive Artist Club blade on the market. The Pro Super is similar to a Feather Pro, but it has increased blade exposure, meaning the blade sticks out from the head more. This makes the Pro Super the most aggressive and efficient AC blade.

Feather SoftGuard A mild blade with a guard and reduced blade exposure.

Kai Captain Titan Mild As the name suggests, this blade is on the mild side of the spectrum, but not overly so.

Kai Captain Titan ProTouch MG Like the Feather ProGuard, this blade is guarded for a mild and smooth shave.

Kai Captain An uncommon blade similar in performance to the Feather Pro, possibly out of production.

Kai Captain Sharpblade An uncommon blade, possibly out of production.

Kamisori An uncommon blade, possibly out of production.

Sixth shave with the Kai Protouch MG blade in the Vector.
Pretty quick uneventful shave this morning but comfortable and fairly efficient.
I'll probably swap to another blade soon just because.
I've got very few uses on a Rudy Vey STF brush so it was a quick bowl lather. I've heard these brushes actually break in some I guess I'll see.

I like the Protouch MG in the SS Vector for the second and third passes - it's not really all that comfortable on the first, especially if I skip a day or two. I tried all my blades in the Vector: SoftGuard, ProGuard, Pro Super, Protouch MG, Kai Mild, Proline (no fit issues so far). All the guarded blades weren't super comfortable on the first pass on longer growth. I don't have this issue with other AC razors: Mongoose, X1, La Faulx etc.

Overall I'm not a big fan of AC Feather blades. Kai and Proline work out better for me.
