For the scent, WSP. It's a bit sharper than most, without the floral notes that ruin many sandalwoods for me.

Let me try to get you in neighborhood as best as possible per my nose. I have about 12 sdwd pux/creams.
Sir Henrys compared to all the rest :
Not as wet and rich woodsy as proraso red & First Canadian
Not at all cologne like as TOBS, St James, and DR Harris
Not sweet like Ethos, TFS Crazy Sdlwd, and Fine Santal
Not spicy like Geo Trumper Sandalwood
Similar to Stirling, T&H, Suavecito, and WSP Sandalwood - cousins
What sets this apart to my nose is there is a citrus green accord on top, maybe pine-conifer in with the wood. It is a 'dry green' Sandalwood, not spicy, cologney, and absent of vanilla or coconut [I get this on some sandalwood soaps]
Hope that helps

I have tried only 2 Sandalwood soaps so far.
St. James
Wet Shaving Products
The WSP in my opinion was more of a "pure" Sandalwood. Seems like no other scents were added to take away from the Sandalwood aroma. I really like it.
I have a sample of Sir Henry's that I need to try. I am thinking it will be a "pure" Sandalwood as well.
