Ever run your own small business? There's a bit more to it than just hiring more people. I don't think a 3-7-day wait is excessive.
I agree that 3-7days isn't excessive but the other shaving companies are also small and shipping time is 2-3 days. Just saying!!

My apologies.

I don't know how busy the others are but we have over 1200 orders in backlog.

We have three shipping staff, recently hired a third, usually they get them all out, under normal conditions, but when we get a surge it's very difficult. It's impossible to train a temp worker just for surges because their is a few months of learning at minimum.

We may have to revisit how we release products going forward if it pisses too many people off.

In any event, thanks for your patience, for those that ordered.

I just figure it is what it is and it'll get here when it gets here. I know that once I've placed the order and its been confirmed, I'll get the product and thats all that matters. Its not like I'm waiting for insulin with my supply dwindlingSmile

And...I got the "out for Delivery" notice this morning so I figure I'll have that baby (smooth) in my hands soon enough.

You know, it wasn't that long ago when the delivery time for products - any products - purchased via mail order took four to eight weeks.

Y'all need to quit ragging on IB.

Yeah, when? 20...30 years ago?? That's also because you had to fill out your little order sheet and mail it to them which took time. Nobody's ragging on IB, just pointing out the obvious.

UPS delivered my Baby Smooth a couple of hours ago Smile it's very nice. Very light too. I'll give it a trial run in the morning.

Used mine last night, and got a great shave with it! Only took two or three strokes to find the right angle. I even did a little ATG to test it out, and I had no irritation, which is huge for me. Still the honeymoon phase, but I think this will definitely become a go-to razor for me.
