Rocnel SE50 - New SE using Artist Club blades

Yeah I'm glad I got my Mongoose when I did because they were $150 at that time.

That price fr the Rocnel seems pretty decent my guess was 60-70$ but at $85 that's definitely cheaper than the Mongoose.

Prototype Rocnel SE50 delivered yesterday.

First impressions,

i thought Matt finish head goes well with matt finish handle  so i used ikon new deluxe handle.

Last photo with UFO Goliath handle.

SE50 Slider head razor Little bit heavy razor design  head but i have smooth shave with kai titan mild blade.

Screw the handle set screw pushing the upper cap so it tighten the blade so hard to possible any blade movement .

Unique slider head design razor well balanced great shaver.

its just too new so i need to use it more to add my experience about the SE50 or to compare with mongoose and Cobra...

My second shave with SE50 was also great. I am just waiting for my blade samples to arrive so I can make a proper comment.

Hello. What is the benefit of a sliding top cap?

It keeps the razor perfectly in place. Besides that it is just a design.

Even with this horrible soap Rocnel SE50 performed great.
