All LE releases from now on should be in the new base, based off what's been released so far.

Oh come on now, I have two Roams in the original formula because I picked up a second one in the discount clear out and now if you go glissant I will feel compelled to get it.

Barrister_N_Mann how about selling a tub of glissant additive (like the pre-shave butters) that can allow you to convert an original formula soap to a glissant-like soap?  As much as I like Roam I'm not sure I want three tubs of it.

I was mixing up some pottery glazes today. For those who have any interest, it was a black glaze with lots of iron, calcium, feldspar and glass. For whatever reason, I got a whiff of it and Roam soap hit more nose and kind of took me back.

I do enjoy using Kyovu with Roam soap and can only say, I would get another tub of Roam in the Glissant base. I would be curious Will if you think the scent will be any more true in this base formula as opposed to the older tallow base? And I think a tonique AS would be an excellent idea!

I was under the impression that when you come up with a fragrance, it changes and might become muttled or at at least some notes become hidden once introduced into the base formula. So I was wondering if the Glissant base affects the scent vs how it smelled in the first tallow formula.

Oh now I understand. Basically not at all. All soaps have that effect on fragrance.
