I assumed that to mean that people could still join the group buy until the 17th. But since we are at maximum discount it doesn't seem necessary to wait until then to process the orders of those that are willing, unless there is a logistical issue that Matt needs to work out.
May be this will help Matt to ascertain the exact count by then. Also it would be more smoother a transaction to ship everyone's razor at the same time once the list has been frozen.

Exactly. This is a group buy. The razors will be assembled and shipped as a group. We will not be shipping anything until the buying period is completed.
