I'll bet this smells great!! I know the performance is top shelf as I have the same soap in their traditional Santa Maria Del Fiore Sapone Da Barba.

Hmmmm... It appears to have a different base from the regular xXx "Super Tallow" version.
F'rinstance it doesn't have Shea Butter, Argan Oil, Aloe Vera or Lanolin.

Yes, it's the same Italian base as the two I listed above and is superb. Read the reviews for the other two. Italian Baber uses different Italian soap makes for various soaps, i.e., they are not all the same.

Yes, I used to own The Dead Sea. While it works fine, it's not close to top tier in my opinion.

The 8.5oz tub is a lot of soap, so I split with a fellow WS.  I have to say the scent and menthol cooling is really nice.
