I always thought instagram is for photos - not to notify customers.

It is, but it is heavily used for marketing as well.

Since there is a limit of one per person, and knowing there would be more demand than razors, wouldn't it make some sense to do it that way?

I did get an email, and I am fairly certain I was one of the first to sign up for notification.  If my guess is correct, I won't get an email when the next batch of Wunderbars is complete, and the next 100 people on the list will get emails.

Just a guess, but that's how I'd do it to avoid having my server crash, and keep things relatively fair to customers.

that's what my assumption would be as well.  no point in sending out an email to hundreds or thousands on a list when there's only 30 or 100 available or whatever.

I haven't seen anybody claiming to have received an email and those that actually got one didn't get emails either , just happened to be there. Funny, my one appointment today was at 11:00 and I checked IB at about 10:15 so he releases at 11:00. How'd he get my schedule?

He hasn't been on instagram much the past few weeks but on twitter a fair amount talking about this razor and there was no tweet.

Whatever.

aren't Wolfman SS razors around $230? that's $100 over the RR

there was an email notification but for me it came to the junk mail, I didn't even saw it till I got home from work. I bought the razor on pure luck, huge luck!!! I work in construction and went inside the garage to grab a water from the cooler, and I was like hey let me check IB website and see if there is anything new on the razor, when I saw buy it now option + pics I just went and bought it, and funny thing is PP was giving me the run around with confirming code and such + pages were not loading fast enough and I thought I might miss out before I make the purchase.... Lucky me I must of opened the IB website store right after the razor was posted, PURE FREAKY LUCK!!!
