Something tells me if this turn out to be the production razor, maybe the first batch will sell out in the first few days and then the second batch will stabilize things and people will be able to buy them in peace. That means you wont see them on ebay for $300+ asking price even when first batch is gone because people will know 2nd batch will be on its way soon.

Anyways looks like the head on the new version is thinner and much more appealing vs the other thicker head versions, probably less machining on it allows for production version and if shaves the same as the other version this one looks like will be more maneuverable due to the head being skinnier?

Good points. In that pic the base plate has been slimmed down which I like. Without actually seeing it, looks to me like a similar head to the Black Mamba but in a slant- that would be great from my perspective as the BM does a solid job eliminating blade chatter and in a slant, that would take it to a whole other level.

Regardless, I am definitely interested in price and availability!

Joe, that sounds great. Any chance of an uberglide black finish? That finish is so sweet on the Kobe Special (Black Mamba )
