Correct. My mistake as I just got off a 12 hr. shift.

Just a split in twain frog hair more closely than a Gillette Tech. For me the resultant shave was almost exactly like that imparted by a Lord L6 Tech clone. You know, I've never tried the Lord razors. You have me intrigued...

I got pretty good shaves from my Aluminum Lupo during the time I had it. At that price, I might grab the lord just to say I've shaved with one.
Let me ask you... I'm one of those guys who has poor control, attention span, etc and hence could never get consistent awesome Tech shaves. Is the Lord similar (ie, fickle for the right angle)?
Thanks.

They are really almost the same price.
I tried yesterday side by side. Yates H (satin finish) has a bit more blade feel, but still very smooth (I feel even a bit smoother than Lupo .95) and H plate is slightly more efficient.
I really like Lupo .95, but I like to use Yates H more and getting more comfortable shaves....

Thanks all. That is what I had been suspecting!
