Dude:  I've got a Hawk V3 "A" plate version.  I reviewed it here,  and I responded to your question about what blades people are using here.  I'm sorry you got "postal screwed".  That does really suck.   But your "A" plate razor will most likely get to you eventually, and if it makes you feel any better, my guess is you are going to be a happy camper when i does.
Yeah, these are nice razor's at a great price. I've got the A  plate one. Although not my most efficient or favorite, they are very nice.

May I ask what is your most efficient and/or favorite?

Hey Mike,
Well probably Wolfman 1.55 wr2 but I'm really liking my Charcoal goods SS Lv3 in Safety Bar. I about forgot the ikon tek.
Just got a Cobra SE and that awful ( in a good way) efficient but it's new to me, so I'ma bit undecided on it.
What about you, could you tell me your most efficient ones?

I'd say my gut take runs like this Keith:

These are my favorites . . .
  Game Changer .84
  GEM Clog-Pruf
  GEM Featherweight
  Gillette New Long Comb
  Hawk V3-A
  Muhle R41, 2013
  OneBlade Genesis

And these are the most efficient . . .
  Muhle R41, 2013
  GEM MMOC
  Hawk V3-A
  OneBlade Genesis

In answering your question, I realized that I haven't reached for some of them in a while - the MMOC and Clog-Pruf.  Others, while not the most efficient, will easily provide a BBS shave if handled properly.  Also, I imagine the OneBlade will be a controversial choice, but it works great for me.

Sorry man, I forgot about your review of the A. I am still holding out hope that it shows up. Razorock can’t file a claim until the 19th so all is not lost. I will just have to wait. Thanks for the encouraging words!!

That's good to know,. It's always interesting to see somebody else's favorites

No worries, and upon reflection, I could have phrased my remarks more kindly. My apologies. Anyway, I hope your Hawk gets there soon.

Hopefully you'll get your razor before too long or it will show up in tracking. It stinks when that happens but it also lets everybody see how the company response if it never shows. Good luck keep us informed.

I find any of the standard handles make the V3 OC razor too handle heavy. The aluminum Timeless handle shifts balance in the other direction and vastly improves maneuverability. That said I'm not convinced that the AC blade provides any real benefit for me, my injector sized Proline equipped Enders is both more efficient and more maneuverable.[Image: 20ca845eb7afaf1dfb572328291ecd16.jpg]
