Hi.
Is it considered a slant?
The head has an angle with the handle, but it’s straight, so is it a slant?
And how is it, if I may ask?  Smile

Thanks!

Oblique's just mimic the Gillette slide stroke which can be done with any razor. They don't have a slant like a true slant. You have to conciously keep your stroke straight to get the effect. They're a gimick to me and yes, I have one and have shaved with it and have thought of selling it..... That's just my feelings/thoughts on them. Here's mine that came from France.

It may give great shaves. I just don't consider it a slant. That one has very little side kick compared to the vintage French and German ones it's copying.
I do hope you enjoy it's shave though Happy

Indeed, it has very little to do with the one you have!

I can't say that I've ever seen or heard of one of these razors before!

It does have the advantage of being able to be turned around to get the opposite angle for the opposite side of your face (which has a mirrored growth pattern).
All slants that I've seen would have the same angle on both sides. "Slants" should really be called "twists".

Well, got my shave today with this razor.
I like the light weight, but that’s about that.
It has a good blade gap and positive exposure, so I got much more blade feel than I like.
It felt somewhat rough.
Was using a Gillette Silver Blue blade (1).

Sorry to hear. It was marketed as an aggressive razor if I'm not mistaken right ? I was hoping you'd like it..... Thanks for reporting the results
