I have over a year supply of blades, so hopefully another supplier will come along in the meantime. Otherwise, I may have to put the oneblade out to pasture.

Well I tried 3 shaves on one blade and no go. The first and second shave were incredible. Third shave was a little rough. I will be using these blades twice and then tossing them. I will say that I have used the OneBlade every day since I got it and I absolutely love the shave I get. I'm a believer. Now I just need to find out where I can get the blades in bulk. Anyone wanna jump in and order a gang of the FHS-10's with me?

For me, it's two per Feather FHS. The one time I went to a third shave it was certainly workable, just not as excellently smooth as the first two. Why not go for the best with this razor, is my take on it.
David : DE shaving since Nov 2014. Nowadays giving in to the single-edge siren call.

That's pretty much been my experience as well. The shaves are definitely the best I've experienced, but pushing the blade past two shaves definitely brings discomfort.

I was fortunate and managed to grab 240 blades from Connaught before they stopped shipping them outside the UK. Hopefully there will be alternatives by the time I run low.

I could not agree more. Spent this much money on the razor, it performs as described. Why not go with what it was designed for.

Hmmm. I wonder if these Feather blades can be ordered directly from Feather or from a retailer in Japan.

I've heard a couple people recently say that they had no problem ordering the Feather blades from Connaught. I won't be buying them myself, but I was able to put 230 in my cart, change my country to US, and get all the way up to actually paying for them with no problem. The only hiccup I noticed was that I tried to put 240 in my cart but was given a notice that it exceeded their inventory and was automatically dropped down to 230. The price did seem higher though so perhaps Connaught was told they could sell to the US if their prices were alike. When I priced them before you could get 240 for around $105. Today the total for 230 was just over $118. I see the price from BullGoose for 240 is $128. So it definitely looks like the prices are closer together now.

Bullgoose seems to be running a lot of sales with 10-15% off so the cost then is not that much greater than Connaught.
I can get one very good shave using the Feather. The second is okay but not as smooth nor as close as the first.
I still use GEM as well. Yesterday I broke out a new GEM, gave it a couple of palm strops and it matched the Feather for being as smooth and providing as close of a shave. I also believe the unclipped GEM is better than modifying them. I tried clipping the GEM for a while and while this may all be in my head, it never seemed like the shave was as good.
