When you decided to make this LE offering, didn't you know that the shipping cost from Pannacrema just for one or two items is outrageous? I would be very happy to buy one, but the shipping cost even for European customers is very expensive, more than any other European vendor. The only solution is to buy many soaps, in order to reach the free shipping option, but the main question is who actually needs them. Personally, I do not.

sounds like you're set for a little while!

very early on, we already knew that Marco was looking for a North American vendor to sell both Nuavia and the new line of soaps to help lower costs for the consumer. shortly after I announced the soap collaboration, @"TheHandleBar" starting selling the Nuavia soap. we knew once that happened, he'd want to sell the pure20 soaps as well - we even discussed it.
Marco is selling the soap as well as Gareth in the United States. I'm not sure why this is an issue. I even outlined this in my original post. Marco has the soaps for sale first because he's the creator of the soap...I think this is probably common when an artisan is selling as soap directly on their site as well as sending supply to a vendor.

What about the European members? Do they have to pay the expensive shipping for a European product? Is it better for them to order the soap from the American vendor? Do they have to buy 3 or 4 of them? Did you think about it when you made possible this LE offering?
I know that when I order a soap from an American artisan I have to pay a fair amount of money for the shipping cost. There is no other way. But, when the same happens with a European product doesn't sound nice to me.
Just a few thoughts. It's not an issue my friend.

Looks like pre-order will be an option, most likely going live this afternoon. I will also open up pre-order for Nuávia Verde as well since pre-orders sold out immediately, as did remaining stock once it arrived. This will give folks a better chance to nab both (if necessary) and receive free shipping on their order in the U.S.
