Mickey Oberman, just wait until Gareth at @TheHandleBar gets his shipment in. It will come from California so hopefully the shipping will be cheaper than from Italy. Hopefully....

@"TheHandleBar", can you confirm what it typically costs you to ship to Canada?

Can I get some help with a few questions?

1. Does pannacrema make both the Nuavia and Pure 2O DFS?

2. Is the idea the The Handle Bar is ordering a lot of the Pure, and to order from them once it arrives? Like Mickey, I would be challenged with shipping costing as much as the product.

3. On a similar but different note, I understand there were Damn Fine Shave synthetic brushes at one time. Are those gone? If not, where would I go to purchase one?

1- yes

2- you would probably save by ordering from someone within the USA, although I'm not sure what Marco charges for shipping from Italy.

3- the DFS LE brush had the option to either use a badger or synthetic knot. send envyshave a PM to see if he has any handles left.

$16. More than the cost of the soap itself.

I ended up purchasing 4 tubs of the DFS Pure2O. It came out to $20/tub after shipping. Fedex states I should have it by Friday.

I have a question. No offence. When you decided to make this LE offering, didn't you know that the shipping cost from Pannacrema just for one or two items is outrageous? I would be very happy to buy one, but the shipping cost even for European customers is very expensive, more than any other European vendor. The only solution is to buy many soaps, in order to reach the free shipping option, but the main question is who actually needs them. Personally, I do not.

Well, since Nuávia is a pretty hefty soap with the ceramic jar, I'd anticipate shipping to Canada to be at least $15. Don't quote me though, I haven't shipped one there yet. If someone sends me an address I will gladly check for accuracy.

As for Pure2O, shipping should be fair, in the $10-$12 range I think.

Would any folks here be interested in a pre-order situation for the DFS Pure2O like we had for the Nuávia Verde? This would guarantee you a jar on the first shipment to the US. I'm just gauging interest.
