Same here. The Vetiver also gave me some kind of allergic reaction (some kind of tingling by the end of the shave). The DFS smells better, performs just as well, and it does not give me an adverse reaction. What's not to like?

+1. I received mine yesterday and I also prefer the DFS soap over the Vetiver. Very nice indeed!

One shave in with Pure₂O DFS edition, and I can hardly wait to use it again! The rich, smooth consistency of the lather has to be experienced to be believed.

I know I'm digging up the thread, but what about DFS longevity?

My partner surprised me today with a package today & inside was Pure20 DFS soap. I like the scent & I am looking forward to using it.
She said she was looking for the DFS 2017 LE for me, as I missed out on it.(she knew I really wanted it, but at time it was not possible) but realised she cannot get it anymore. She kept seeing Pure20 DFS in Conaught shaving every time she searched. So she bought for me. Top woman.

I have a brand new tub of the 2017 DFS LE soap and aftershave that I'll be doing a giveaway for soon.

She is a top woman, lol. That is one of my favorite underrated, underappreciated soaps. Stuff is crazy good and about the slickest soap I've ever used!

Well, I have never used any soap other than hard, mostly triple milled soaps. What I meant is may I expect a tube of Pure2O to last, for example, 2 or 3 months of everyday shaving (this is subjective, I know)?

that's a good question..it's a softer soap so it's possible if you don't load too heavily. I haven't started in on my new tub yet so perhaps someone else who started with a fresh tub might be better able to answer you.
