Congrats on such a beautiful brush. I have been considering a Paladin for sometime. 2017 might just be the year.

Dang. I have the same brush coming. Was supposed to be today. But it's still "in transit". Bad time of year for shipping anything.

I shipped off a brush to Shavemac in Germany on Dec. 1. Still not there.

Mine took a bit from the last release as well. It was a problem with the Kansas City post office. Nothing got tracked for seven days and then it finally got here. Weird deal.

Well, shit... the least Ken could do is hand deliver his brushes to Paladin devotees. I might even buy him a cup of coffee when he shows up.

I actually do hand-deliver locally, but usually in a bar of mutual convenience.

I suspect the holiday rush is to blame. If you don't have the brush by end of Saturday and we still can't see where it is, I'll rattle some chains with USPS.

No worries. I've found that their tracking tends to suffer more than the actual deliveries. It'll show.

I'm sure it'll show too, but I have a well placed friend at the USPS regional facility here, and sometimes that seems to help put something back on track sooner than later. I just hate to abuse him.

My guess is that often a when package disappears from tracking for several days, it's because someone was careless (imagine that), tossed it in the wrong bin, and sent it off in some far-flung direction. Eventually it gets re-directed to the proper destination, but there tends not to be a visible tracking record of the detour.
