Now I have noticed that debynory liked two of my posts but when I clicked on each they both took me to the same post. What a waste of time.  Perhaps this is good for the site from a tech point of view but from a user point of view, I find it cumbersome and time consuming making things for the end user worse, not better.

*EDIT: Thanks for fixing the post count/feedback/likes button, andrewjs18 and debynory. Much better. Smile

You can see there 6 alerts.  However, only all except one are not highlighted.  The one that shows it is dark does nothing.  They 6 will not go away.

I just uploaded some new code that should fix most of the issues:

1- we made the 'likes' bar & font smaller
2- clicking on a 'like' alert will now mark it as read
3- if someone likes and then unlikes your post, it'll remove the alert if you refresh the page in between the time someone likes and unlikes your post
4- the alert will now tell you the name of the thread in which one of your posts was liked rather than just saying 'your post'

integrating the plugin with tapatalk isn't fixed yet.

Freddy, we didn't really 'fix' the layout, we just forced everyone over to the classic layout and then removed the setting to switch over to the non-classic layout. Tongue

Here's the screenshot, Andrew.

One thing that I just noticed that I like is that the posts, including avatars, seem to be larger.  With Firefox on my iMac I did notice things were smaller before.  Now, they are easier to read.  I guess everything is a tradeoff.

yes, that's the classic postbit layout. before you were using the non-classic postbit.

it just makes it eaiser for myself and debynory to maintain 1 layout and the dark and light theme rather than 2 layouts and 2 versions of the theme.

Thanks for these, andrewjs18.  It makes things so much better.  Even the blue like bar is way less intrusive and knowing where a like is coming from (#4 here) is really appreciated! Happy2
