-put a tablespoon-ish worth of water into my soap can
-warm shower
-wash face with Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser due to mild eczema
-keep face damp once out of shower and apply two thumb smears worth of Grooming Dept. Mojito Pre-Shave, massage in for about a minute adding a touch of water to keep it slick
-dump soap can water into Timeless lather bowl
-wet Razorrock Bruce brush in sink of cold water and then swirl on soap puck for 4-5 seconds, move to bowl to build lather until I get lather developed for about 3-40 seconds
-massage lather onto face for 30-40 seconds or so
-WTG pass with Schick Type I razor, Schick Chinese blades
-paint lather on
-XTG pass
-cold water rinse
-apply tiny splash of witch hazel if I had any irritation
-pat dry with towel
-then right before bed will apply small dollup of Cerave Daily Facial Mosturizer

So far has worked out well for the mainstay of the last year.

I have oily skin, so I have found that the best pre shave routine for me is:
- Wash my face using hot water and a deep cleanser like Kiehl’s calendula face wash.
- Applying a preshave cream generously. I learned the hard way not to use the oil.
-Lather whichever shaving cream/soap I will use.
- Shave with the grain, then against the grain.
-Use an AOS alum block. Personally, I like the sting and to stop the blood.
- Apply my preferred aftershave, which depends on how which on the scent of the day.

I've been using a pea-sized bit of Jack Black beard lube as a pre-shave for a few months now. I massage it into my wet face and give it a bit of time to soak in while I prepare the lather. I find it gives great residual slickness to any lather and the post-shave rinse has a nice slick and smooth feel.

Not much. Just a shower and then use the bloom water from the soap puck as a pre-shave.
