PHOENIX DOC vs. YAQI DLC

I recently tried a Phoenix DOC razor.
I gave up after 3 shaves and sold it. Much too mild to my liking.

I ordered straight after a YAQI DLC in Gunmetal - On the way to me now.

Has anyone tried the YAQI ? What are your impressions ?
Not so many feedbacks either on Youtube or Forums.

Which Phoenix DOC? You must have the very first version which is very mild. There are five different DOC razors made by them. I will be using the new stainless version in about 20 minutes.

I have the all black DOC Yaqi and for about $24 it is a very good shaver. The finish work is excellent. The handle is brass DLC coated and the head I guess zinc DLC. I like the PAA stainless steel DOC better only because it is adjustable so you can go from medium to aggressive easily.

How adjustable is the PAA stainless steel DOC ?
I didn't seem to see anything adjustable on this razor ?

The PAA and Yaqi razors have nothing in common.

The Ascension adjusts with up to a quarter turn of the handle.

My last shave with the evolution SS DOC. I think it will go on BST.
