Philly soft pretzels are one of those local foods that are hard to come by else where.

Today we we driving home from the Commonwealth Pen Show and ML, my wife and co-pilot, re-routed me to find the Philadelphia Pretzel Factory in Revere, MA.
She had heard of the place and thought it might be nearby. It wasn't Rolleyes

But with the GPS we found the place easily enough. We picked up 25 pretzels. We each had one fresh out of the oven. Delicious.

While not on our usual travel routes (I tend to stay out of Massachusetts if I can) we will go back even if it takes a special trip. Yep - they were that good.

I agree. But the closest Bernie's I know is in Clifton Heights.
A Scant 355 miles from here Sad
So Philadelphia Pretzwl Factory it will be.
Way better than the butter soaked mall pretzels which are our only other option.

Soft pretzels are to kill for! And so totally off my new diet.
