Paypal Payments In Russia

I don't think you can make a purchase online with Russian vendors at this time. But I am not absolutely sure. I bought the new Start 2 head from Homelikeshaving almost two weeks ago and the transaction went through  and the head is in the USA just left Chicago.

I don’t think anyone should be worrying about buying things from Russia right now. Russian businesses and employees are not responsible for what is happening, and they have never had any say in who their president is, but on balance if we can play a role in shuttering those businesses for the moment, and this can possibly help to create the circumstances where Russians can remove this person from power, then we will have contributed to doing something of vital importance to humanity. I feel that is my obligation.

This is not a theoretical point from where I sit, which is within 300 miles of the missile strikes yesterday and less than 200 miles from a massive contingent of Russian military and heavy weapons.
