The one for sale on eBay looks a bit beat up for the price.  They generally go for 800-1000 in excellent condition.

He also has a Ti-1 he’s not selling.

Had I not been saving mine for my son, I would have sold you mine given your situation. I have been fortunate with members of the shaving community as there was a razor that I wish I had purchased long ago, and another member kindly sold me his at a significantly reduced price from the razor's initial price out of the goodness of their heart, although I was willing to pay him more. In fact, there are a handful of shaving community members that I privately buy from, and they are always the perfect gentlemen about all matters and I try to return all dealings in kind.
Thank you very much I truly appreciate it from bottom of my heart and of course I respect every one’s decision and their collection..

Now I did pay hefty price I mean hefty but that being said this stays for good the amount of money I tossed and my time to be sent to Swizerland to br electro polished then hand finished this cost seroius money that not many folks would do…but I went that route anyways all out my pocket.

And lastly I’m greatful to all folks here who helped me and off DFS as well.

I have now only few razors dear to my heart..not “quantity” or sitting queen on shelf that I cannot use and deny my self it’s a good razor but shave is not the “greatest” but again everyone is different have different views and that’s fine with me I always “Reserve my Judgment” regardles..

Concurred and glad of you folk finding what you want, especially at less than elevated market price. Like you, try also to help people where possible.

I been known to help folks and I always had been taking extra steps and all I can do possible in my power to “extent” but once it comes to heavy costs then not much I can do as I’ll end up paying from my pocket…for Paradigms I guess it is what is it I know some of us don’t agree for it’s pricing and I do respect that and understand the “pain” of cost having one I can tell and attest to this my self how much I dish out that but it was for good cause..

I seen and your right Ti-V1 easily 2k even more I seen and known folks paying for it!!

Ona other note yes that paradigm looks like rough but getting it polished and get all ironed out will take some time but would be awesome shaver!!

Overall not bad for the price if you need one…

You have the ability to get it looking pristine, better than factory.  For someone like me, it’s out of the realm of reasonable in that condition.

A friend and customer of mine just bought the Diamondback from this same person as he’s wanted one as they don’t come around to often. He paid 900 Euros. So I guess it’s up to the individual what they’ll pay for these hard to fine razors. I can’t begin to tell you how many offers I’ve had for my Paradigm Ti 1 over the last couple of years as there were only 51 made.

I also agree, as far as shaving characteristics goes and a little DE history but I remember when the 17 - 4 came out and it was the first razor that was really recognized as both smooth and efficient and that phrase was coined and it seemed like a lot of razors after that were chasing that term. In my opinion the Diamondback took that to another level over the 17-4 and aside from the Raw Shaving RS 10 in Titanium which was the smoothest razor I’ve ever shaved with, the Diamondback.is right behind it.

I have had Wolfman, LASSC, Carbon, RS, and Paradigm razors; and for me, with the vintage Light Brigade and P74 blades that I use, the Diamondback 2020 and the 17-4 are the smoothest. Razor worth is in the eye of each individual, but my current Paradigms are well worth what I paid for them.

Exact John same here my Paradigms are Jewels how they polished and how much money and time I have spend it’s insane but I did it in name of my late father so this justifies the money I have tossed!!

Right we’ll my Ti-V1 just polish is worth $600 USD what I mean by this I send it to Swizerland to be electro-polished and then I hand finished it to perfection…it’s crisp / sharp just the way I wanted it!!!

I have polished one for a gent cost $500 USD this was the cheapest I could do on this razor knowing how it’s finished and my material mind you it’s not electro - polished and hand finished the way I did is completely another level!!!!

I do that that RS 10 Ti my father never used it except his loving paradigms and BBS-1…

I may share some photos here of my Ti-V1 in polished Version it’s incredible!! Shaves also way smoother than original finish but hey YMMV..
