I feel a bit sorry for Andy. Shit happens, especially when you're not making the razor
yourself. I'd go out on a limb and say that no one is going to lose their money. If youre sick of
waiting, just cancel your order and keep it for a Blackland Tradere....these artisans bring us some
cool stuff so one should be willing to cut them some slack occasionally...easy for me to say,
I don't have the razor ordered.....but still....

I've written to WCS have 3 or 4 times over the last 3 months. Instead of sending emails direct to those who have pre -ordered the razor they’ve only updated the web page. So unless you’re checking their website you wouldn’t know what was going on. I’ve written to them to chase them up with an update and only then do they send out an email to customers. So WCS haven’t dealt with this brilliantly TBH.
After the last deadline was missed I thought it best to contact Andy direct. My message wasn't a rant. I mentioned things happen which could be out of his hands but did express my disappointment with the lack of updates and the lack of the reasons behind the delays. I’ve paid my money and been waiting 3 months with nothing to show for it. I think I’ve been pretty patience.
Message just received...
Robert, they shipped to WCS yesterday. I totally get your frustration and disappointment. The delay was due to parts received in miserable condition. Pic attached. It took forever to get these scratches removed, and orders fulfilled. I couldn't believe it to be honest. Personally, I would have refunded customers' money. I'm sure most would have reordered once the razor was in stock. That was not my decision to make.
With thanks for your patience,
Andy

Guys, I am the one that got my razor from WCS and then shipped it to Andy for retumbling and repolish. I have been in contact with Andy every other day to check up on things and he is stressed and frustrated with the whole situation and how the razors came to him from the machine shop. That was completely out of his control and he has been working nonstop to repolish and fix the issues. He shipped the razors back to WCS yesterday so all orders should be fulfilled shortly. I have suggested he cut out the middle man from any future releases even though the releases through Bullgoose went very well. I think he is on board with that and he is thinking about doing an OC in the future. He has made some outstanding razors in the past and I expect nothing but awesome stuff from him in the future. I am not excusing anyone from blame but I know that when you are a one man shop, things can get very complicated in this industry.
