All boxes for this release were nice cardboard.  The wooden boxes were only for the original release.

I much prefer cardboard.

Agree...don't buy one...that will really show 'em.

  Lol that's funny
I've done that before too I guess I showed them.

As far as the Paradigm DB Ti I believe  the buy option isn't a choice now.
They aren't available to buy that I've seen and hear.

Probably only on the secondary market going forward.  And I don’t see a strong chance of polished Ti coming back around.  People selling them at a discount will regret it when they sell in the future.  That is my opinion.

Well my Paradigm Diamondback Titanium finally arrived yesterday and I’m happy to add it to my den. Fit and finish are great and this one is a keeper for sure. Smooth, nicely efficient and more maneuverable than my SS version which I sold back when the Ti production began. I bought the SS DB razor back in 2020 when it was first released and thought I’d never get rid of it but when I’d use it I’d think to myself this razor is amazing but can you imagine what it would be like in Titanium and now it’s a reality.

Hats off to you Andrew!

Just my two cents but if you ever decide to make another razor I’d love to see a new version of the Titanium 1 as that was another favorite of mine and I’d like to see it come with 2 baseplates. One that’s a bit milder so it can be used as a daily shaver as some find the original a bit to effective for everyday shaves. I personally never found it to aggressive and certainly not harsh. I’m sure whatever you tackle next will be a great shaver as you’ve never disappointed me.

Thanks again!

I completely agree with your "out-of-the-box" review.  It is a beautifully made razor that is both comfortable and efficient.

RAD is just a permanently temporary condition.  I'll get over it.. eventually.

I have very sensitive skin I find Paradigm Ti-V1 very smooth and efficient at least imho!! YMMV

Lastly love the tapered handle on it it’s truly remarkable the way it’s done..

I think it would be best for him to decide whether the release will be limited or not, before production starts. A limited release means that each razor would include a development or design fee, so he doesn't have to set the price low or competitive. It seems unreasonable that in the initial pre-order, I paid less for his razor than for a Timeless razor, which has been on the market for about ten years.

This was just a release in a different metal of a razor from 5.5 years ago.

I have a couple shaves with the Ti Diamondback in now. I would agree with low blade feel, smooth and, to me, surprisingly efficient for the blade feel. The balance of the razor in titanium is absolutely lovely and the finish is top notch.

The razor is picky about blades for me so far which I found surprising for the low blade feel. I used a Nacet with decent results and a Gillette Yellow felt better and sharper. A Kai did well and was efficient but a tad rough. The Gillette Yellow really worked great showing off the smoothness and efficiency. I’ll have to keep running more blades through it.
