Paradigm releasing a new razor

If he opened up sales as a preorder and noted razors would be available in "X" weeks it would have still sold out. Strange choice.

Maybe that's what he should've said in the beginning because it looks like all he did was had a pre-sale to raise capitol to pay for the production run!! Sad really when you think about it...

So, nobody else has received their razors yet??

Another solid shave. Nothing fancy with the aesthetic on this razor but it provided a nice bbs shave tonight. Not much to add from my previous remarks on this one but thought I’d post in this thread again given that nobody else on DFS seems to have received theirs yet.

Dave I homely never asked and he didn’t say how many he had. I started out by asking if he had a shave with one to find out what he thought about it but he didn’t get a shave with one either. Him and I talk not only business but he likes talk about vintage razors which I also like. He has a gigantic collection. .

So that's it? Only one person has received a razor from the drop last week?

One day earlier then expected - will shave with it later or tomorrow. 
For 120$ + 30$ customs - it looks very good. Fit&finish is very good - the finish looks in real life better then on pictures. The finish gave me some aluminium vibes but in person it looks very trendy. 

Ive never had my hands on a paradigm before so I cant compare this to older models.
For me it feels like a daily driver - Ive shaved yesterday evening and this razor gave me ~10/11hours without noticing regrow. Wolfman 1.55, Atelier Durdan 1.6 and some others ... give me around 14hours.
It is well balanced and doesnt feel like a +100gr razor.
Bladegap ist .7 and exposure ist .12 - Ive used an ASCO and the shave was pretty fun. You can def feel the blade but in a smooth/nice way. Reminds me of a Wr1 or Razorock Gamechanger. Very well clamped blade. Also the shave isnt that long lasting as my other top razors - the Salient is very efficient. The finish feels and glides very nicely on the skin.

Ive bought mine from TRC on release day and it needed 19 days to my german front door.
