Paradigm 2020 Diamondback

As a never-been-a-customer but an admirer from afar of the 17-4, glad to see Paradigm apparently on top of its game again.

Glad you’re enjoying a gorgeous razor.  I’m loving mine as well.

Arrived today. What a beauty. Looking forward to the maiden shave.

Yesterday I received my Carbon Cx Ti razor so last night I did a comparison side by side with it against the Diamondback. I did a 2 pass shave WTG and ATG and they both were extremely smooth with the Cx having slightly more blade feel and the Titanium again had a softer face feel. After the 2 passes and confirmed this morning 14 hours later the Diamondback was slightly more efficient. Both are tremendous razors but the nod definitely goes to the Diamondback. Tonight I will try the ++ SS baseplate on the Carbon against the Diamondback. Now for some pics:

When I see the polish on the new run, I kind of regret getting my Diamondback on the first run sold by WCS...
Only the inside of my topcap looks a bit like your polish.
Us was promised a polish because we had to wait longer.
Anyway they do look good!

Wow great photos Mark! Two beautiful razors. I got my tester of the Diamondback from Andrew and I’m going to compare it to my 17 4 and then the TI 1 I have from Paradigm. To me the fit and finish is right up there with the top 3.

I wouldn’t say a lot of audible feedback but definitely enough to know you have the correct angle and it is taking down the whiskers.
