I’m glad I snagged one earlier today, really looking forward to this one! Thanks for the recommendation!

Not pulling trigger on razor untrialed prior to purchase even if return policy. Too risky and not saddling manufacturer with my poor judgement to buy before trialing an otherwise perfectly good product

Posted elsewhere that the original Paradigm Titanium is coming back next month and the Ti handle will remain the same but the aggressive head is being replaced by the ‘revised’ 17-4 head.

Looks like the original head is gone. I borrowed the Titanium from a NY wet shaving friend and it was too aggressive and somewhat uncomfortable.

Paradigm fixed it with the 17-4 head which is absolute perfection.

$395.

Titanium doesn't really do it for it. I much prefer stainless. Unless they are gonna raise the diameter of the handle It would be a little to light for my tastes. But ymmv!

Second shave yesterday on one day's growth was smooth and irritation free. I even took a third pass (ATG) with no issues. Still smooth 12 hours later.

I tried to fit several handles and had no issue with a Timeless Ti, UFO Titan L Fine, Stork, Hempel Ti and the Paradigm Ti.  The only handle so far that wouldn't thread all the way was the Razorock Halo Ti.  The other handles screwed on smoothly and I would not hesitate to use them.  Both the UFO and Hempel gave the razor a nice balance.  [Image: f44a0d315f15f08d74f7870e287befee.jpg][Image: cd1ff46e6289bf464688d0b5c8bbbebc.jpg][Image: 390bae40686d214001dfb8598cfccdd3.jpg]

I tend to agree. The stainless 17-4 is weighted perfectly. Up to wet shavers to decide whether a Titanium 17-4 is worth an additional $165 on an already expensive razor.

My Paradigm 17-4 was waiting for me when I arrived home from work this morning! The fit and finish is beautiful! I really like the look and feel of the Razor, I was concerned that there wouldn’t be much grip, but it feels like there will be plenty. We’ll see how the grip on the Handle is when my hands are wet. I like the length of the Handle, my sweet spot is 80-85mm. The Handle is thinner than I am used to, and it reminds me of some vintage Razors that I’ve used in the past. I like the looks of the Razor Head and Handle together, and it feels great in hand. I’m looking forward to my first shave with this, it’s looks don’t mean much to me if it doesn’t shave well. I’ll report back after my first shave!
