Thanks all. And for what it's worth, we greatly appreciate supportive posts in the public forums. I suspect a lot of folks hold back from shining a light their Paladin brushes due to past and present scarcity. And we've kept a fairly low profile since mid-last year for the same reason. But as we begin to catch up to ourselves, we need to find ways to bring more positive attention to what we're doing.

This is cut/paste from an email I sent to Ken about the "Crossroads" soap.

Were I to describe this soap in a word...Fantastic!
The lather built quickly and easily. I usually try to get a dense glossy lather (I keep adding water until I get that glossy sheen). I had no problems at all building the lather. The large frothy bubbles quickly broke down into the tiny bubbles which builds the lather density.
The scent is fabulous. Right up my street. I would prefer it a little stronger, but really it's fine the way it is.
The menthol is just the right amount, the 'Goldilocks' level. Not too much, not too little. Very nice cooling effect without overpowering to make my eyes water. If a menthol soap makes me cry...it gets sold. I can't abide soaps that have negative skin effects.
The heavy glass jars are very high quality, and the 'aged/distressed' labels are a very nice touch.
In my opinion, this soap is well worth the cost of admission. It was my first Paladin soap, but it won't be my last Paladin soap buy.

Yeah, tell me about it. Bought my first ever brush in July. My eighth and ninth are in the works. A terrible affliction.
