A new high rise is going up on the next block from where Rosie lives. So when this sweet demure lady goes by the construction site (which she has to do when ever she goes to the grocery store) she has to endure rude, crude and sexist remarks from these big burly construction workers. So to tame these savage beasts Rosie has learned to always brings her Tigress with her.
