One Blade Black LE?

I would like to apologize for my post earlier in this thread. It came off as somewhat rude and I'm sorry, but I still think charging $2500 for a razor is ridiculously laughable. It does border on criminal to ask that much just because "somebody will pay it". For that price, you better be able to throw that thing in a wood chipper and have it come out unscathed! On a side note, for those of you who have a OneBlade, I'm glad that you are getting great shaves and enjoying them. I'll just have to be happy with my less expensive options.

I'd like to second the call for an end to the one blade crap. It's been on here enough. People love it, those that question the price and make such statements get ridiculed, then it becomes a pissing Match. I think we have enough evidence that those that like it really love it and it would be worth the investment and by contrast, there are several like me, that think it's overpriced for what it is. There are enough reviews and threads on here that give anyone searching for information more than a plethora of needed information. So can we please, for the love of God, end the one blade threads??

Wow....didn't know one razor could upset so much.

One would think that the threads are clearly labelled with the word "OneBlade" in the subject line so that it would be rather easy to avoid them if one doesn't want to read about it.
I'll be honest...why did you open this thread if you're not interested in the razor and even bother to comment? It seems a bit...odd.

A quick glance shows the safety razor forum having 161 threads.  7 of those have OneBlade as a topic. That's about 4%.

But if it is such an annoyance I'd like to ask a moderator to delete my own OneBlade thread I posted here.

I'll also be sure to avoid posting any SOTD photo including the OneBlade as I surely don't want to go above the allotted quota for how many times a razor can be mentioned.

It has nothing to do with the razor, it's the drama it creates in posts about it. They all start the same way information about the razor and inevitably it becomes middle school and people take offense hence and to my pint, your defensive post.

I think people naturally becomes 'defensive' as you put it due to the poor nature of the post. In this case yours. Deliberately seeking out threads about a razor you're not interested in simply to post that you don't like them.

Gentlemen, at least for the time being, I am closing this thread as it is deteriorating rapidly. If you would like to discuss the merits of the OneBlade razor there are a few other forums on the site where folks are chatting about it. Please keep your posts respectful as everyone is entitled to an opinion, even if you disagree.
