Don't misunderstand me, I like it.  But is no way in hell my wife would let me put that on top of our vanity, no freaking way Smile

And let's be honest... You MIGHT use it once before you PIFfed it.

Depends on the knot - a nice big silvertip knot would be great and it also depends on your shaving space. It would have to be in a very manly, nautical themed space as I agree with hrfdez that wives wouldn't abide it anywhere near them. I think if you went to the trouble and expense of acquiring it you likely wouldn't be PIFing it and it is way more functional than the pipe and gearshift knob brushes at the top of the thread. Those are purely ornamental as I don't think they'd do well in contact with water. I quite like all of the brushes although I will admit that these ones are more ornamental than functional but thats fine.

I hear you, I was just picturing it in Hector's den, with his brushes, and it really not fitting into the theme.

I use the brushes I make and water does not affect any of them. The pipe is wood or plastic. The motorcycle brush is rubber and metal and the stick shift is wood plastic and leather. I just wipe them down and hang them up. They really are fun to use. I get bored using the same equipment all the time. If anyone wants one I'll make it 4U. Greg.
