How has the response time and availability been for those who have placed recent orders?

I exchanged emails with James recently on another subject, mentioned the new line and he was prepared to accept my order immediately. Which, sadly I could not finance.

I've been using it for almost two weeks, I find it smooth and comfortable. Will it replace my other wolfmans... no my .74 I still think gives me closer shaves. But this fills a gap in my rotation, a great travel razor that i can shave with every day on the road and get a close irritation free shave. I travel a lot for work so I can justify the expense, it's as smooth as my prewar tech on a razorock handle that was my travel razor, but I get a better shave. Do you need it no but if you want a wolfman and can't seem to get one it may satisfy your RAD for now.

Has anyone compared it to the standard gap WR1? The blade gaps are different I believe just curious as to how the shaves compare.

What blade gap would you suggest for a WR-1 if someone is looking for something a little more aggressive than the Guerrilla?

I'd say that the .74 and up would be more aggressive. My only points of reference are the standard gap and .74.

How does the guerilla compare to the standard gap?

For me, I would say it's quite close to the standard gap, there are differences in head design. It is definitely more similar to the standard than the .74 gap.

Does the Guerilla have the same rigid blade clamping and rigid blade feel of the WR1? The pics of the head geometry lead me to believe so but I don't want to make assumptions as there are differences as well in the head design.
