Seriously, good designs don't need to change. Obviously the fly is the optimum build for what it needs to do.

OK, another joke... A gent and his family were at the Museum Of Natural History and marveling at the dinosaur bone exhibit. The gent saw a guard and asked him how old the bones were. The guard replied 65 million and eleven years old. "WOW', said the gent, "How do you know the age so precisely?". "Well", replied the guard, "they were 65,000,000 years old when I started here 11 years ago.".
