Hang in there guys. We're scaling up Era production and tweaking our launch plan to better handle demand. Parts are being completed now and we're accumulating and processing inventory here at HQ. This is a different beast and it's on a vastly different scale than any other product we've made so it requires an extra level of caution and care to make sure we nail the launch. It also comes as we're drowning in Black Friday sales, exponentially scaling production on every other product we make, building a new website, trying to hire a team, and working on a few other products in the background. We're building a business and the Era is a significant part of those plans. But it's not as simple as just making the Era - we have to also build out the infrastructure to support it. Blackland and, more importantly, our customers will all be better off by doing it right the first time. Trust me on that.
