Shane,

As someone who just can't muster the money to drop on the likes of most ultra premium razors out there, I just want to tell you how phenomenally excited I am about this new release, and how grateful I am to you for blowing the proverbial razor envelope out of the water.

I feel like a kid in a candy store. Able to purchase one of your razors, very soon, for a price I can afford. Thank you!

A question for you as you ramp up production - I hope you don't mind sharing. Is the plan to work out kinks in the production process, possibly refining the razor over the first few months of production? Or, is it to limit Era % in your overall production planning, so you can continue to produce other razors at the same time?

Again, I will definitely be buying! Many thanks for all you do!

You are exactly the customer that the Era is made for! The Era brings ultra-premium quality and performance to those with a reasonable budget without sacrificing on tolerances or country of origin. The multiple base plates combined with the price point put the Era in the reach of a whole new group of shavers who previously could not access razors of this quality. I appreciate your excitement!

I am very confident in the Era design and do not plan on changing or refining it. The production limitation is intended to ensure smooth production as we scale and to work through operations/fulfillment kinks. This period is not meant to test the product or to work on design refinements. It's a period of refining processes rather than product. That said, if the Era does wind up needing to be tweaked at some point then we'll do that to make sure it's a perfect product. I won't commit to not making any changes because I think that would be irresponsible. Being responsive to customer feedback is the sign of a responsible business and I won't let ego or personal opinion get in the way of doing the right thing for the product and for my customers.

I guess I will be buying right off the bat! I sincerely appreciate the details you provide. Makes total sense.

Correct. Weight, lengths, etc will all be on the site as we get closer to launch.

This question is coming from a place of ignorance and curiosity. Why is the head the only 3D printed part?
