New Blackland Era

This is not going to be a podcast-watching kind of week for me, or even a sleeping kind of week. Far too much in the pipeline myself right now (not grooming-related). I’m counting on Blackland fans to spill the beans! Pretty sure it’s going to be that 5 blade reel shaver though!

Yep I’ll drop the details independently of the podcast. That’s just a fun deep dive on how and why I’ve spent the last 18 months on this. I’m also super tired in it for reasons explained on the episode so you get to hear me babble on and get a little lost. In fact, maybe just read the newsletter lol.

Can you share a link to the podcast Shane?  So which will be in stock first...the Era or the Blackbird Titanium?  Can't wait for the BB Ti to be available once again! ;-)

For what it's worth, I don't mind criticism, constructive or otherwise. Anybody can say whatever they want about me, my business, or my products. Doesn't hurt my feelings one bit.

I do have to ask, are you guys who are talking about the Dart sure you're in the right thread?

All good! The Dart is the most debated razor I've ever made so I certainly understand the discussion. We'll have some pertinent Dart updates coming soon.

Speaking of updates, Era details are coming this week. You'll also want to watch/listen to the Lather Talk podcast coming out on Thursday. We hit the Era in depth and provide a ton of context and background for it in addition to all the stuff you guys are waiting for.

Just listened/watched the whole podcast and enjoyed it. No real details of the razor but at least the drive or market idea came thru to me at least. Nice thoughts and discussion and sounds like a good direction for sustainability and growth for Blackland. Congrats Shane and looking forward to what's on the horizon. The Blackland Slant should be a big seller upon release next week

It’s a good podcast to listen to anyway with a bunch of great guests, but just remember that the Era episode comes out on Thursday.
