Did you use the Original Rx ? It shaves the same as it for me. Not a bad shave but requires more attention for sure. The Vector is a better shave for me if I'm being honest..........The Vector killed all other SE's for me.......

It was wrapped in a towel really good then put in a small wood box, no room to wiggle at all.
Update: Phil was quick to respond and offer a fix.

In fairness the Vector had it's QC issues too. Finishes as well as fitment issues early on. They were handled well but there were issues.
